At our Basford campus we have some exciting new developments going on! We are building two new facilities, our Construction Skills Centre and Centre for Supported Learning. These two new facilities are being built at the same time, so there’s currently lots of activity happening at Basford.

Did you know our High Pavement Sixth Form has its very own outdoor garden? It's looking lovely in this beautiful weather and is the perfect spot to study, socialise, or enjoy some quiet time! 🌞

Staff and students at our Stapleford Campus made the most of the heatwave today with a BBQ and soaked our brave staff members in the stocks – now that’s one way to cool off! ☀️☀️

The End Of Year Shows were a massive success. Our students did an incredible job showcasing their final projects and really wowed the audience. The dazzling fashion show, with Nottingham's St. Mary's Gate Church as its backdrop, was a particular highlight! Our students' talent truly shined, and we're so proud of everything they've accomplished. 🙌

A big thank you to everyone who played a part in making these shows such a huge success!✨

Today is National Thank a Teacher Day, a campaign that celebrates all staff working in UK schools and colleges. We're lucky to have an amazing team who always puts our students first and works tirelessly to help our thousands of learners reach their goals.❤️🙌

We'd like to give a huge shout out to our fantastic staff – including tutors, learning support assistants, support staff, professional service teams, and leadership teams – for everything they've done this year to make a positive impact on our learners' lives.

Congratulations to our Fashion student, Elspeth Antcliff, who recently achieved an incredible feat by placing second in the under-18 category of the prestigious Young Talent of Tomorrow competition, run by the @officialgfw

The competition, themed ‘identity,’ challenged students to create an outfit that embodied their unique sense of self. Elspeth impressed judges with her designs, which were based on her struggle with dyslexia and how she has transformed it into a source of inspiration.

What an incredible first week of our End of Year Shows! We are all so proud of the amazing work that has been showcased across all courses. Our students had the opportunity to display their final projects at the show over three exhibitions, for their family, friends, and the public. ❤️
