Campus Description

The £58 million City Hub consists of an impressive six storeys of state-of-the-art facilities and resources for more than 2000 students and nearly 300 staff. 

Housing our performing arts centre, catering and hospitality curriculum, business, computing and IT provision, creative and digital media, travel and tourism, science and early years provision.

We are very proud to say that it’s at the forefront of vocational learning and skills development for the future. Even if you choose a course based at one of our other sites, there will be plenty of reasons to visit the campus.
 

Even if you choose a course based at one of our other sites, there are plenty of reasons to visit the campus, including a 200-seater theatre, a gourmet training restaurant, state-of-the-art classrooms, amazing social spaces and lots of facilities that you can access as a student of the College.

The Digital Media Centre at the City Hub boasts a fully immersive green screen, an NDI studio, a podcast suite, and some seriously high-end 4K/6K cameras that they use in film and television productions.

There is no on-site parking but there are a number of multi-storey car parks within a few minutes' walk of the campus. For more information about car parking in Nottingham please visit nottinghamcity.gov.uk/parking

    • The City Hub has its own refectory offering a wide range of hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

      There is also Fletchers Restaurant where our hospitality students regularly serve a delicious lunch menu at amazing prices.

    • The centre has a library packed full of resources and support to help students learn and prepare for the world of work.

      Facilities include:

      • Drop-in computers with: AutoCAD, Construction Skills Health and Safety Testing, Memory Map, Microsoft Project and a wide range of other software to support teaching and learning.
