Entry requirements

You must have GCSE English at grade 4 (C) or Functional Skills English at Level 2.

Teaching & assessment

During the CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring course, you can expect a variety of assessments designed to evaluate your understanding and application of the material. These include two written assignments (one for coaching and one for mentoring) that require analysis of coaching and mentoring theories, as well as practical coaching sessions where you demonstrate your skills.

Progression

After completing the CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring course you will be equipped with advanced coaching and mentoring skills, enhancing your ability to support new colleagues, as well as lead and develop teams effectively.
