HND Performing Arts (Dance) Top-up (Level 5) — Full-time

This brand-new Level 5 HND Dance top-up course is designed to provide students with the technical, artistic, and professional skills required for a career in the global dance industry. The course offers advanced training in performance, choreography, and critical engagement with contemporary dance practice.

The Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Dance is an exciting new course offering an opportunity to further develop and enhance your practical skills to progress into the ultra-competitive world of dance performance. This course is provided by Expressions Academy of Performing Arts in Mansfield in partnership with Nottingham College.

The HND in Dance has been designed to develop students' knowledge and skills in areas such as choreography, audition preparation, company working and dance contextualisation. It focuses primarily on practical learning and skills development in a wide variety of dance disciplines.

Facilities:

The Expressions Academy of Performing Arts is located in the centre of Mansfield. The purpose-built campus offers 9 fully air-conditioned state-of-the-art spaces with sprung floor, sound facilities, mirrored rooms and natural light in a spacious and contemporary building. The largest studio is 3,864 square feet (46 feet wide by 85 feet long) ensuring no overcrowding in lessons. The Academy also provides purpose-built study rooms, common room meeting areas with hot and cold drinks and snacks. Wifi is available throughout with full CCTV covering all areas for added security.
