Course outline
This course is perfect if you are on the path towards building a career in computer technical support. You’ll learn a range of units including:
- Customer Support Provision (Core unit)
- Principles of ICT Systems and Data Security
- Install and Configure ICT Equipment and Operating Systems
- Install & Configure and Maintain Software and Install
- Configure and Test ICT Networks
You can expect a largely practical course with lots of hands-on computer work. You’ll have a fuller understanding and knowledge of technical support in the workplace and will develop the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to undertake this role.
