Challenging behaviour is of increasing concern in education. Poor behaviour impacts on every person connected to the individual showing the behaviour, but behaviour is a language, it tells a story.
Are you ready to unpick some of the behaviours you are trying to cope with? Some behaviours are more common than you might think.
Now you can achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in supporting behaviour that challenges.
You will learn about different ways and understand how to support positive behaviour. You will consider the importance of effective communication and the critical nature of reflection and support.
You will gain new tools and understanding regarding supporting people with challenging behaviour and you will have the opportunity to share case studies.
You can expect a welcoming and safe classroom with support, to discover strategies and theories of developing helping relationships.
