Most courses now require the completion of an online application form prior to enrolment, this is indicated in the course information.
To complete the application form, please use the ‘Apply Now’ button on the course page you would like to enrol on, this will take you to our online application portal where you will register an account.

Please fill in as many fields as you can and press register. All the fields with an asterisk (*) next to them must be completed to continue with your application.
Your password must contain at least 7 characters, a combination of upper and lower case characters and at least 1 digit.
You will then get a message on the screen, containing your username. Please make a note of this as you'll need it, along with your password, to track your application and enrol.

If your previous school is not on the list, please choose 'Other - Out of County'.
Correspondence address section
Before searching for your address, please choose the country.

If you are aged 19 or over, you don't need to complete the parental responsibility fields.

English and maths
If you can't find your qualifications in this list, please choose 'Other' and if you don't have any qualifications in English and maths, choose 'None'.
Please read the statement and tick 'I agree'. You won't be able to continue with your application unless you do this.
Please read through the details you have put in. You can edit each section by pressing the 'Edit' button.
If you are required to submit any evidence, we will contact you to ask you to log into your account and upload a photograph of them, see below for how to do this.
Once you are sure your details are correct, please press 'Submit application' and you will see a message on screen saying your application is complete.
If you are required to provide any evidence in order to claim a fee reduction, we will contact you to tell you what evidence we require and ask you to log into your account and upload a photograph of it.
Follow these instructions to upload your evidence:
Log into your account using the username and password you created when you registered your account.
Once you have logged in, you will see a screen saying your application is on hold and the reason why. Check your email to find out what you need to upload and take a photograph of it. You will then need to click on the button that says 'Upload Evidence'.
On the next screen, choose the Evidence Type from the drop-down list and press the 'Choose File'.
Select the photograph(s) you took and press 'Open'. You can upload more than one photograph at once if you need to. Finally, press 'Upload' and you'll get a message saying your evidence files have been uploaded successfully.
Your evidence will be displayed in the table at the top of the page. If you have accidentally added the wrong file you can easily delete it using the 'Delete' button.
Once you have uploaded your evidence, you can simply log out of your account and we'll contact you to complete your enrolment.
What happens next?
Once you submit your application, we will be in touch to talk through course fees, funding that may be available to you, and ultimately payment. You will then be able to enrol online in preparation for your start date.

If you are not claiming a reduction in fees, you can telephone us to enrol on 0115 9 100 100. Please make sure you have your debit/credit card with you when you ring, as well as the course details.
You can pay by cash or card at any college site. If you are claiming a reduction in fees, please bring the relevant evidence with you.
The College will require full payment or a letter from the employer, on headed paper, requesting that an invoice be raised and sent to them for the relevant fee(s). This should be produced at the time of enrolment.
